The site uses Sign in with ChatGPT for identity on protected tools, a protected database for administrator and member records, Stan/Zapier purchase-entitlement webhooks when configured, and protected media storage. Stan, ChatGPT/OpenAI, and payment providers process information under their own terms.

Website analytics, Google Search Console, YouTube analytics, and email-marketing integrations are currently marked disconnected in the administrator portal.

• Academic planning: Alternative-credit policy correction submissions and saved employer notes tied to an authenticated email.
• Calculator inputs: GPA calculator inputs remain in the browser; Career ROI inputs are sent to the server for calculation but are not saved by the current route.
• Usage events: limited tool event names, page paths, timestamps, and small event metadata.
• Administrative records: content, media, leads, activity logs, authorized administrator details, legal-document versions, and consent records.
• Technical request data may be processed by hosting and service providers, including IP address and user-agent information.

AI Conversations and Prompts

The site does not currently expose an AI conversation feature or store AI prompts. If that changes, this policy and the user notice will be updated to describe the collection.

The application does not currently set a custom advertising-cookie system. Authentication, hosting, Stan, and embedded third-party services may use cookies or similar technology under their own policies.
